Church Plant Bio

I’m getting very excited!! I received our books today – Missional Church Planting by Stetzer, Church Planting Landmines by _____, and Next Generation Leader by Stanley.
One of our tasks was to write up a Church Plant Bio. Here’s what I wrote:
Our mission is to cooperate with God’s ongoing mission in Cincinnati. We endeavor to do this by living corporate and individual lives of creative goodness in our neighborhoods. There is an “unreached people-group” right in our back-yard in Cincinnati. A people-group without a church. We believe God is birth a new community of faith that is deeply engaged in the arts, worship, and common living.
We are a sent People of God in this people-group of Cultural Creatives – artists, scholars, musicians, young professionals, parents with young children. As a sent/missional people we covenant together to live deeply connected lives.
Of course, I just realized that I didn’t say anything about the Kingdom of God or Jesus – I assure you, both are implied!
Heroes starts in 34 minutes, gotta go take some Robutussin and check on the kidos.
