Good article on P&G @ Fortune.com, check it out. Pretty impressive for a 167 year old company. Still not entirely sure how I feel about working for a big, multi-national corporation, but at least it’s one that is innovative and run by an Un-Ceo (AG Lafley). I’d love to meet and pick AG’s brain (that’s a funny expression, btw). He seems like a servant-leader in an industry that doesn’t value that discipline.
